Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 5-7 working days.

• Non-Metro/Remote Locations: 8-10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

• Flat Rate Shipping: ₹99/- for orders below ₹1499/-

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹1499/-

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email/WhatsApp message with tracking details.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy:

Returns:

Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The product is damaged.

• Wrong item is delivered.

• The package is tampered with.

If you face any of these issues, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Send us:

• A clear photo of the product.

• Your order ID.

• A brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds:

If your return request is approved:

• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request bank details to process a refund via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products.

• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.

• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

3. Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
